John Henry

John specialises in working with funds, SPVs and holding companies which are insolvent, in financial distress, have been subjected to fraud or mismanagement, or where a dispute between stakeholders exists.

John is a chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner, and has broad experience working on litigious and multi- jurisdictional appointments. He has operated engagements in all the major offshore and onshore jurisdictions, including the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK, the US and throughout the Caribbean.

He has been appointed by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands as an insolvency practitioner and is also recognised as such by the BVI Court. He holds an undergraduate degree in law, a postgraduate in international insolvency law and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
