Eric Snyman

Eric Snyman is an Audit Director with EisnerAmper Cayman. He joined the firm in 2015 from a big four audit firm and has over 20 years of professional experience in assurance and spent the last 16 years in the Cayman Islands specializing in the audit of hedge funds and private equity funds.

He has extensive experience in a large variety of investment funds reporting under both accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“US GAAP”) and International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”).

Eric has a Bachelor of Accounting degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He is also a member of both the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA). Eric currently also serves as a member of the CIIPA Quality Committee.
